Ordering Info
View the products and add to your shopping basket. The basket
is permanently displayed on the left hand side of the screen.
When you are ready to complete your purchases click on
checkout and fill in your delivery details and submit your
order.
Ways to pay
Once submitted, one of our sales staff will call you back to
confirm your order and take your card details.
We aim to dispatch your goods within 36 hours of receiving
your order. Cards we accept Visa, Delta, Mastercard, JCB,
Switch.
Cheques or postal orders
You are able to pay by cheque or international money order
made payable in pound sterling. It is advisable to note that
payment by cheque will delay your goods being dispatched
until the funds have been cleared, approximately 5 working
days.
Delivery Info
Orders received by 12 noon Monday - Friday, are generally
dispatched the same day; Saturday doesn't count as a working
day.
We aim to dispatch your goods within 36 hours of receiving
your order subject to the products being in stock. If there
is going to be a delay in dispatching your goods we shall
contact you and give you the opportunity to revise your order
or cancel part of it.
If no-one is available to accept the delivery a card will be left to inform you how you can collect your parcel or arrange re-delivery. It then becomes your responsibility to contact the relevant delivery company to arrange a suitable re-delivery date. We accept no liability if delivery is not made due to you not being available.

Returns & Bags O' Fun Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, return the
unused item(s) with all paperwork, receipt and original
packaging etc, in it's original condition within 7 days for a
refund, postage and packing not included.
Returns are unfortunately not accepted on perishable goods
such as chocolate and sweets and helium filled balloons. If
you wish to clarify which products count as perishable please
contact customer services. Wigs and make-up are also excluded from being
returned for hygiene reasons.
It is understood that the customer is liable for postage
costs in both directions. Postage on all orders is charged at
£3.95 per consignment unless otherwise stated.
No exchanges
Due to the changing nature of our product range Bags O' Fun
cannot accept exchanges. If you have an item that you wish to
return for another item, simply return the item to us for a
refund and then visit our website to purchase the new item
that you want. Please note that it takes 10-14 days from
receipt of your return to process your refund.
RETURNS

Obtain RT #
Before returning any goods you must CONTACT US to request an
RT and return instructions. Returns will not be accepted
without an RT number or within the shop premises.
Crediting Your Returns
Bags O' Fun will credit your credit card account once the
items are received. Although we have Bags O' Fun customer
service available to speak to, please allow 10-14 days for
credit to be given. Every credit card has different posting
cycles; please allow 1-2 bills for your credit to appear on
your statement.
Returning A Gift
If you are returning a gift, we can either refund the credit
card that the purchaser used or we can issue you a Bags O'
Fun gift certificate for the amount of the purchase. Simply
specify how you want to handle your gift return on your
receipt/invoice and at time of ringing for a n RT number and
we will take care of the rest.
